Can my cartridge be refilled?
This depends on the type and condition of the cartridge. For example, if it has dried out, we will first have to clean it professionally. It is best to come to the store with your cartridge so that we can assess this.

How do I transport my cartridge?
If you still have the holder, it is best to keep it in it and take it in a plastic bag or seal bag.
Prefer not to wrap in foil or paper. -
How long does it take to have my cartridge refilled?
This takes around 5 minutes per cartridge. So often you can also wait for it. In some cases it may take longer. This is partly dependent on the condition of the cartridge and the pressure at that time.

How do I prevent the print head from drying out?
Print regularly. And with a printer with separate ink cartridges (loose colors), leave the cartridges in the printer as long as possible before refilling them. Then, after refilling, put them back in the printer as soon as possible. This way you prevent the print head from drying out.

When is it best to have my cartridges refilled?
Do not wait too long for this after you have received a message that they are almost empty. If you continue printing with empty cartridges for too long, the print head will no longer be cooled and the print head may burn in.
If your cartridge is empty, have it refilled as soon as possible to prevent it from drying out.
